We are so excited to be making our overnight return to YMCA Camp Mason for the 2021 LMTI Fall Leadership Conference!
The conference will feature all the things you love about LMTI- inspiring presenters, thought-provoking workshops, amazing friends, and tons of TI fun! Conference Information
The health and safety of our participants, staff, and volunteers is of the utmost importance to us. Our policies and protocols are based on the recommendations of the CDC and NJ DOH Youth Camp Standards. Please review the information below so that you know what to expect in terms of COVID-19 safety protocols.
Please note: ALL participants, staff, and volunteers (youth and adults) must provide proof of a Covid-19 vaccination in order to attend the conference.* Individuals must also present the negative results of a PCR test taken with 72 hours of their arrival at Camp Mason. *If an individual is unable to attend the conference in person due to this requirement, LMTI will provide alternate virtual programming options. Please email rtaylor@pipnj.org for more information.
Participant Fees
The cost per participant is $350.00. This includes:
- Participation in the 2021 Fall Leadership Conference
- Participation in any statewide reunion events at free or reduced rate
- Participation in any networking meetings
- Monthly LMTI Updates and news
- Correspondence with and technical support
Refund Policy
Any individual student replacements or substitutions may be made without penalty until the first day of the conference, November 5th. If a substitution can-not be made, no money will be refunded.
Conference Arrival
All students must arrive at Camp Mason between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM on Friday, November 5th. Please be sure to check with your school/community group’s advisor for transportation information if they are providing a bus.
If you are dropping off your child, please upon arrival, approach the registration area at which point, you will be guided through the process by a staff member. If you have any questions at that time, we encourage you to approach our knowledgeable staff who will be happy to answer your questions.
Conference Departure
On Sunday, November 7th, the Fall Leadership Conference will end at 3:00 PM. It is extremely important if you are transporting your child home that you arrive on time. Camp Mason must prepare the camp for an incoming group and we want to give them as much time as possible so that others can enjoy the wonderful accommodations that we’ve had the privilege of enjoying.

Bus & Truck Drivers
Do not follow your GPS from the traffic light in Blairstown (step 3 below). It will lead you to an uphill hairpin turn that is impassable for large vehicles. The directions below will lead you safely to camp on passable roads. Scroll down for a map that shows the correct route to take.
From Interstate 80 West Bound (NYC & New Jersey)
Take Exit #12, Blairstown/Hope. Proceed right off the ramp onto Rt – 521 North, towards Blairstown.
At the T-junction with Rt – 94, turn left (The Forge restaurant is on the corner).
Proceed to the first traffic light and make a hard right onto Stillwater Road (Rt – 521).
After 2.2 miles make a left onto Spring Valley Road (Rt – 659).
Follow Spring Valley Road for 2 miles and then make a right onto Millbrook Road at the T-Intersection.
Follow Millbrook Road for 1.7 miles and turn right onto Birch Ridge Road.
Camp is 1/4 mile down Birch Ridge Road on the left – look for the Camp Mason sign!
From Interstate 80 East Bound (Pennsylvania & Delaware Water Gap)
Take exit 4C (Blairstown, Rt – 94 North).
Follow Rt – 94 North to Blairstown ( 8.9 miles).
You will pass three gas stations and arrive at a traffic light (only the second traffic light that you will meet since I – 80). At the light turn left and then make an immediate right onto Stillwater Road (Rt – 521).
After 2.2 miles make a left onto Spring Valley Road (Rt – 659).
Follow Spring Valley Road for 2 miles and then make a right onto Millbrook Road at the T-Intersection.
Follow Millbrook Road for 1.7 miles and turn right onto Birch Ridge Road.
Camp is 1/4 mile down Birch Ridge Road on the left – look for the Camp Mason sign!
